i came to realise the power of words.
how important are they to convey messages from your heart,
to make someone feel loved or happy.
however, it has the power to destory and tear one's spirit apart.
its usually not the physical pain that actually kills.
but the continuous jabs of verbal abuse that disturbs one's mental status.
therefore, be wary of what you say to others.
once it's blurt out, the damage done cannot be mend.
last but not least,
happy birthday to you!
